映画「ソーシャルネットワーク」でFacebookをどうマネタイズするのかを話す場面で、ザッカーバーグが「広告を貼るのはダメだ。Coolじゃないから。」と
言ったのがたまらなくCoolで、ワクワクしたのを覚えている。それだけに、Facebookがどのような経緯で広告枠を設けるに至ったのかの経緯は知ら
ないけれど、こういう現状でいいのかなぁ、という疑問は残る。ユーザーがカンタンに配信できるFacebookの広告のこの仕組みはとても画期的だけど、
掲載されている広告たちは正直あんまりCoolじゃない。

あの映画に沿って言うなら、「広告が Cool じゃない」というのは単に広告を貼ることではなく、広告主を探して交渉して… っていう仕組みが Cool じゃないってこと。それを理解できなかったエドゥアルドは… という展開になる。
